Our menu rotates weekly, which means that some flavors are available on certain days and others on different days. This allows us to offer variety and maintain the freshness of our ingredients.

The minimum order is 3 cookies. Our cookies require a time-intensive preparation process, so we work with this minimum to ensure the best quality in every order.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contac@bok2house.com. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been prepared or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

10. Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we ship orders via postal mail every Monday and offer free delivery on Saturdays only in the Ames, Iowa area or within a 10-mile radius

11. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Postal shipments may take 2 to 3 business days, depending on UPS or USPS.

12. How do I know if I qualify for free Saturday delivery?

If you are located in Ames, Iowa, or within a 10-mile radius, you may qualify for our free delivery on Saturdays. When placing your order, we will confirm if your address is within our delivery area. Otherwise, your delivery will have an additional cost.
